Married to Missy with five children. Lists a Lincoln Navigator as his daily driver, In 'N Out Burger as his favorite food, Sons of Anarchy as his favorite TV show, Golf Caddy as his first job, Ayrton Senna, Gilles Villeneuve, and Roger McCluskey as his racing heroes, and favorite track as Road America. Krauss enjoys cooking and fitness.

Previously: First Race: Indianapolis Raceway Park, Series: SCCA Regional, Date: 5/88, Car: Van Diemen RF83 FF2000, Finish: 4th. 2015: four top 10 finishes including two top 5 finishes in six Pirelli World Challenge Events. 2009: 2nd place finish, Road America, NASA sanctioned event. 2008: Set track record, Autobahn Country Club North Circuit in a Spec Miata. Competed in Autobahn Country Club Spec Miata race series. 2007-present Test driver for Eurosport Midwest – test and develop race cars serviced by Eurosport including vintage Porsches, current race Porsches, Corvettes, Miatas, Formula Cars and other race cars serviced by Eurosport. 2007: tested 1997 Arrows Formula 1 car (formerly driven by 1996 FIA World Drivers Champion, Damon Hill) on Autobahn Full Circuit for LRS Formula 1. 2006: Completed Firestone Indy Lights rookie test at Chicagoland Speedway. Obtained FIA Grade 'C' License. 2006: Hired by Fall-Line Motorsports to compete in Grand-Am Koni Challenge Series in BMW M3.1995: Took home "Hard Charger" Award at SCCA June Sprints in Formula Atlantic class.1994: Won first event in Formula Atlantic driving a Ralt Rt-5 Super Vee at Road America. Went on to win MCSCC Formula Atlantic class championship. 1994: Competed in USAC FF2000 series. 1987 – present Competing in amateur and professional road races throughout the United States and Canada. Tested and/or raced more than 100 road and race cars from small bore sedans, to several hundred horsepower full body race cars and open wheel race cars. 1987 Graduated Spenard-David Racing School. Winner "Outstanding Driver" Award presented by the school and sponsors Canadian Tire, and General Motors of Canada. Team Principal, Race Operations/ Lead Driver, Outlier Racing.
